Will my phone charge in a case?
Yes, in most cases, the PowerDock Pro will charge through your case. In rare cases, thicker cases made of metal, or other dense materials cause an issue. Cases with magnets will not work. If you have any questions about your case, drop us a line at support@magicbolt.co

Which phones are compatible? 
PowerDock Pro is compatible with iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 ProMax as well as the iPhone X/XS Max/XR/XS, iPhone 8/8 Plus. The wireless phone charger will charge any Qi-enabled phone, including Samsung Galaxy phones.

Will the PowerDock Pro charge my watch series? 
Yes! It will charge Apple Apple Watch Series: 2/3/4 & 5 series, Apple Watch Sport and Apple Watch Edition. Please note, watches with heavy metal bands may not stay on watch stand's magnet. 

Will the PowerDock Pro charge my new AirPods?
Yes, all models of the AirPods (including the latest AirPods Pro) are supported through lightening charge.

When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking code once your order ships. Please note, it can take additional time once you receive your tracking code to see status updates populate on your tracking number.

What are your average shipping times?

For orders within the United States:
We ship via USPS from our east coast distribution center. Orders typically arrive within 4-14 business days (depending on location) from the date of purchase.

For international orders:
We ship with a number of trusted carriers from our international warehouse. Average global shipping time includes 1-3 days of order processing and then 7 to 20 business days after processing for the shipment to arrive depending on your location.

Once you receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number, you can track your order here.

How do I cancel an order?
We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. 

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from your order date to begin the returns process. Contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case. Please do not return anything before we review the case. Our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. You will be required to return the item at your own expense and we recommend using an insured and tracked shipping service. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all original accessories.
